As we look toward the future at Atlantic Lift Systems, we’re focused on the growth of our people, our business and our clientele.
Growth comes in many forms. For our people, it’s about making sure we have the right people in the right places across the organization, and creating long-term career paths for individual growth. For the business, it’s making sure that our infrastructure; from fleet to technology and physical spaces, are adapting to changes in the business environment, to best serve our clientele.
One of our major projects to kick-off early in 2022, is our Richmond renovation facility. The facilities at 3700 East Belt Boulevard were first built in the mid-eighties and have not been updated since. We’ve been in the space for more than 5 years now, and this year is the right time for an upgrade.
We’re proud to contract with the Richmond local, award-winning firm of W.E.Bowman Construction, Inc. (WEBC) for the job. The WEBC team represents three generations of hands-on leadership and expertise. In addition to the value of time-tested experience, WEBC sets itself apart through a blend of skilled craftsman, technology-driven construction management professionals, and a deep commitment to their mission to, “Build the Best Places to Live, Work, and Enjoy Life.”
WEBC is a Virginia “Class A” contractor, SWaM certified and a fellow member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Virginia, with core values in perfect alignment with our goal to create a space that prioritizes the health and safety of our employees and visitors, as well as to provide a more comfortable and efficient work environment
During the Richmond renovation, the facility is open during construction. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2022.
