Guiding Principles
Client Obsessed
Leaders work from the clients view backwards to develop solutions.
Outdo Yourself
Leaders focus inwardly on improving oneself every day. Focusing outwardly leads to chasing the competition.
Think Long-Term
When in doubt choose the best solution for the long-term health of the company
Curiosity
Leaders are eager to learn, they ask questions and seek to find understanding.
Work Till Completion
Leaders carry all tasks, goals to completion. Leaders are Persistent.
Solve Problems
Leaders take time to learn new concepts. They lack excuses to their roadblocks, but rather find work arounds.
Confront the Issues Early
Leaders don’t wait till a problem gets out of control, they resolve the problem at infancy.
Frugality
Leaders accomplish more with less. Constraints give birth to creativity. Expenses without purpose leaves little for rewards.
Optimism
In the darkness, Leaders see the light at the end of the tunnel.
