Andy Payne, Territory Manager for Atlantic Lift Systems, was on a routine cold call when he stopped at Westminster-Canterbury to discuss their needs and offer possible equipment solutions. Payne, who began working at Atlantic Lift Systems about a year ago, has fully adopted his company’s mission to be customer and service focused. As a former business owner himself, he prides himself on doing whatever it takes, and then going one step further than expected, to stand out and make sure his clients remember him. Andy also focuses on knowing the equipment he rents and listening to what his customers need the equipment to do. “The most important thing to me is taking care of my customers and delivering on my promises.”
After meeting Jim Shackett, Maintenance Manager, and Luis Davilla, Maintenance Supervisor, at Westminster-Canterbury, Andy toured the boiler room and other areas of the building. He also took the time to understand the projected use and determine the right equipment solution. He then recommended a specialized Kelley KLT scissor lift table with a 2,000 lb. weight capacity. Payne’s goal was to provide Westminster-Canterbury the safest and most efficient equipment solution, and to establish a long-lasting customer relationship through dependability and trust. We think he accomplished both! LEARN MORE
